Comprehensive Cleaning Services for Homes & Small Businesses

Our Standard Cleaning Service for Common Areas of a Household:

Common areas include the following rooms: Living, dining, kitchen, main hallways, and all bathrooms. Private spaces such as bedrooms and offices can be added for an additional low cost fee.
Dusting: Per room top to bottom dusting of ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, upper shelves, furniture, décor, and other accessible surfaces.
Surface Cleaning/Disinfecting: Sinks, countertops, mirrors, vanities, tables, shelves, light switches, doorknobs, remotes, entertainment centers and other surfaces are wiped down to maintain a polished appearance.
Bathroom Cleaning: Top to bottom dusting, surface cleaning/disinfecting, toilet, sink, showers and tubs receive a scrubbing to remove soap scum, grime, and germs. Glass and mirrors are wiped clean and streak free. Toilet paper and soap dispensers refilled (client provided), trash canisters emptied, and liners replaced. Floor is swept/mopped or vacuumed. Note: Grout scrubbing and mold removal requires deep cleaning and may require multiple visits to clean it depending on the initial condition.
Kitchen Cleaning: Top to bottom dusting, countertop and surface cleaning/disinfecting, minor amounts of dishes cleaned and put away, trash canisters emptied, and liners replaced, a basic scrubbing of appliance’s, trash bin cabinets cleaned and disinfected, and floors will be swept and mopped. Note: Additional fees apply for large amounts of dishes if you want us to wash them.
Floor Care: We provide thorough vacuuming and meticulous mopping, using top-tier cleaning products for a sparkling finish. To maintain clean air while we work, we use HEPA-certified vacuums, ensuring your home stays fresh and clean throughout the process.

Cleaning Service for Private Spaces Includes:

Dusting: Light dusting from top to bottom, including all accessible surfaces such as shelves, desks, and nightstands.
Vacuuming: A quick vacuum of the room’s flooring, including carpets, rugs, or dust mopping hard surfaces.
Bed Making: We will make your bed, ensuring a neat and inviting appearance.
Trash/Dishes: We will remove trash, empty trash bins, and collect any dishes left in the room, returning them to the kitchen for cleaning.
Surface Touch-Up: Wipe down and disinfect small, high-touch areas (e.g., desks, light switches, or drawer handles) for added cleanliness.

Deep Carpet Cleaning Service:

Our comprehensive four-stage carpet cleaning process is designed to remove dirt and stains, revitalizing and refreshing your carpets. We begin with a thorough vacuuming, followed by applying a professional-grade carpet detergent to break down dirt and stains. Next, we focus on high-traffic and heavily soiled areas, scrubbing them to restore their appearance. Finally, the carpet is washed, and up to 90% of the moisture is extracted, ensuring your carpet is left clean and refreshed, without any excess water lingering behind that could cause mold/mildew issues.

Advanced Sanitizing Services:

Industrial-Grade Disinfection: Using hospital-grade disinfectants and pressurized sprayers, we sanitize from top to bottom, including walls, doorways, floors, and other broad surfaces.
Targeted High-Touch Area Cleaning: Meticulous sanitization of commonly handled areas like tables, desks, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, and shared equipment to ensure a safe and germ-free environment.
Professional Floor Sanitization: Floors are sanitized with powerful cleaning solutions, followed by a proper drying process to prevent excessive moisture and leave them spotless.
